The contextual knowledge layer for your AI
The platform that makes AI reliable for your organisation.
Your AI sounds just as sure when it is wrong. Cornerstone gives it your organisation’s knowledge as cited facts, so every answer can be checked, and it tells you when the facts are not there. That is AI your organisation can run on.
Platform overview
Build a source of truth for your AI to work from.
Your organisation’s knowledge flows into Cornerstone as cited facts. The Coordinator keeps the work and the knowledge in step. Your AI works from both.

Cornerstone
The knowledge layer
Everything your organisation knows, as facts your AI can be trusted with.
Cornerstone turns your documents into typed, cited facts and keeps them current. Every answer your AI gives can be traced to its source, and when the facts are not there, it says so.
Cited, every time.
Each fact carries its source, its author, its date and what it applies to, so an answer traces back to what your organisation actually wrote. In our benchmark Cornerstone found the right document 96.7% of the time, against 85% for the best other method we tested.
It tells you when it does not know.
On 49 questions our test corpus could not answer, Cornerstone declined 41. Every other method we tested guessed.
Current, never silently overwritten.
When the business changes its mind, the old fact is superseded and dated. What the AI reads is what is true now, and what was true then stays on the record. A rule written for EU regions cannot come back as though it applied everywhere.
More work from the same tokens.
Cited facts are a fraction of the text of the documents behind them. Around 98% fewer tokens than reading whole documents, with the cost per question held within 1.1× where file search swung 232×.

Coordinator
Keeps work and knowledge in step
Every session starts from what the last one learned.
The Coordinator records what is being worked on, by whom, and what was decided, and writes the outcomes back into Cornerstone as facts. Your people and their AIs stop re-checking what has already been settled.
Decisions are made once.
A decision is recorded with who made it and when, and every session that follows reads it instead of reopening it.
See what is in progress.
Who is working on what, across people and their AIs, without a status meeting to find out.
The work writes back.
Outcomes become facts in Cornerstone as the work is done, so documentation stops going stale the week after it is written.

Workbench Agent
Connect the AI you already use
Nothing new to learn. Your AI just knows more.
Workbench Agent runs on each person’s own machine and connects the AI they already work in to Cornerstone and the Coordinator. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or a model you run yourself.
Works where your people already work.
It sits underneath the AI they have already chosen. There is no application to adopt and no change to how anyone works. Included in every edition.
Your model, your key.
Bring any model, including an open-source model you host yourself. We never sit between you and your provider, and we add nothing to the token price.
The Router picks the model for the task.
If you use more than one LLM, the Router helps choose which is best for the task in hand.
Workbench, for enterprises that want their own interface.
Our full interface, running on your API key and carrying your name. Enterprise edition.
EU client data stays in EU regions, and Frankfurt is the default. The residency addendum has to be attached to any EU contract — that rule was set by Legal in March and the default region was an architecture decision in June.
One thing to flag: the rule predates the Milan region, so it may be worth confirming with Legal rather than assuming it still means Frankfurt only.
What an answer looks like: cited, with its source, author and date.
Vista
Where the organisation is managed
Run it the way your organisation is run.
Vista is where people, teams, licences and access are managed. Administrators work here. Nobody else needs to.
People, teams and licences.
Who is in, which team they belong to, and what they are licensed to use, in one place.
Who can reach what.
A fact carries the access of the document it came from, so nobody is given knowledge from a document they could not have read. Single sign-on and role-based access come with every paid edition.
Runs where your policy requires.
Software as a service, your own cloud, your own premises, or air-gappable. Hosted by us, the platform and its backups are placed in the jurisdiction your policy requires.

Habitat
The live view for whoever runs the organisation
See everything you have running, and whether it is on track.
Habitat shows every project and initiative, what stage it is at, what evidence sits behind it, and whether it is on track. It reads from the systems already in use, so it stays current without anyone maintaining it.
Every project in one view.
Every project and initiative, with its stage and whether it is on track, across the whole organisation.
Evidence behind every stage.
Each stage has criteria for entering and leaving it, and each review carries its evidence, so “where is this up to?” has an answer that is not somebody’s opinion.
Nothing quietly disappears.
Stalled work shows as stalled, and work that was stopped stays on the record, so the view is honest about the whole estate.
